Meet The Fleet, is an evening of luxury dining aboard our premier yacht the Cabernet Sauvignon enjoying our Chef’s Choice of delicious cuisine, Hosted Standard beer, wine, champagne bar, beautiful view of Jack London Square, and a sweet delight to end the evening.

This event allows you to experience LUXE Cruises quality of food, and level of service. Meet our team of event experts and staff in person, and tour our luxury yacht venues to explore the possibilities for your next event. Our Executive Chef and his team will prepare our top selections of hors d’oeuvre, entrees, and dessert to provide you with inspiration for your upcoming event.

The event begins at 6:00pm as you are welcome to start touring our four luxury yachts. Once you are ready to come aboard the Cabernet Sauvignon to check-in we will provide our customary champagne boarding which awaits you. Our Staff will guide you to the 2nd deck dining at your reserved table for our Chef’s Choice hors d’oeuvre followed by a full buffet of salad, entrees and sides you’ll be sure to enjoy. Of course the evening is not complete without one of delicious dessert selections.

After greeting guests during the reception, our team of event experts will be available to answer any questions you have about your upcoming event! Guests are also welcome to continue to tour our luxury yachts (based on availability) during this time.

Our DJ will provide all your dining and dancing music aboard our Luxury Yacht while an elaborate fireworks display, sponsored by the City of San Francisco, is launched over the Bay. Plenty of free parking is provided at our home port in Alameda.

The sights and sounds of fireworks over the Bay is a magical experience. This is a sell out event, so we encourage you to reserve your spot soon.

By placing an order, you are confirming that you received this policy and are agreeing to abide by the clauses within. This Purchase Policy is a binding contract between you and event Producer, LUXE Cruises and Events.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: There are NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, no credits for future events.

VALID ID: Upon check-in you must present a valid Government Issued Photo Identification along with your e-tickets that have been emailed to you from Eventbrite when your order is placed.

WEATHER: The safety of passengers and crew is always our top priority. Our Captains are always looking closely at the weather forecast. We cruise year-round, rain or shine. Captain is the only one that makes the call on weather and cruising routes based on current weather reports.

TICKET TRANSFER: Ticket transfer is allowed and must be finalized with our staff no later than 72 hours prior to the event date. Please email hello@luxecruises.com in order to verify your order and to start your ticket transfer process. Once the ticket transfer has been accepted, the tickets in your Eventbrite account are no longer valid and you will not be able to board with those tickets.

EVENT BOOKING: By purchasing a ticket, package, or reservation you are entitled to entry for the event you are purchasing it for. At the time of your order, Eventbrite will place an order for your ticket(s) in their system, reducing the number of tickets available for the chosen event.
